I am pleased to inform you that I have created a territorial blog in English! There are a great many foreigners in Normandy who have English as a first or second language, and I am very happy to be able to keep them informed about the policies of our beautiful county, Orne. I am also hoping that the blog will become the basis of an Anglo-French virtual network on our territory.
